Welcome to an official website of The African-American Historical Association of Fairfield County, Connecticut, arguably the premier afrocentric history and cultural organization
in all of New England.

In short, the AAHA of Fairfield County is dedicated to the ideal of celebrating, commemorating and empowering people of color throughout the world, with a special focus upon the rich cultural contributions of people of color in the American Northeast (with a particular emphasis upon the genealogical, sociological and ideological timelines of men and women of color in the
State of Connecticut -- the only state in America extolled as the "Constitution State"--since the 17th century).

As the AAHA marks over a decade of continual operation as a forthright innovator of cultural awareness, intellectual dexterity and independent industriousness, we are also on the precipice of creating a final home for our collection of irreplaceable artifacts from throughout the African Diaspora.

However, the AAHA of Fairfield County, Connecticut needs your support, as we could not have come this far without the guidance, instruction and consistent range of compassionate patronage of our membership and friends.

In fact, as the AAHA of Fairfield County, Connecticut is a fully accredited, non-profit, 501 (c) (3) organization, please feel free to make a fully tax-deductible donation today.

We'd also like to say that any donation in any amount you deem fit will be used exclusively for the ends of furthering the enlightenment of all people, about the singular endeavors of all people of African descent here in the Americas, whether they be Hispanic, African-American, or Caribbean:
the African-American Historical Association of Fairfield County is run by dedicated professionals who volunteer a monumental amount of their own personal time, energies and resources to ensure that the message, mission and impetus of this organization remains a galvanizing force for social change and reform for all people of color.

We would be grateful for whatever donation you would deem fit to make, in whatever amount you choose: you may also make your donation in the form of a major credit or debit card via a secure, verified exchange with the paypal boxes on either side of this box.

Thank you again for your encouragement and support, and please tell us how you feel about any of our upcoming projects at comment@aahact.org.
